Viphost's technical support has been designed
as a helpdesk user-friendly ONLINE system.

While this system is being upgraded, please email support if you have any questions or concerns.

All inquiries will be handled online in 1-2 business days. PerlDesk, the technical support system on Viphost, will have a tracking system in which a ticket will be issued to any client who posts a request. The client may then track their request to view any responses and status updates of their inquiry.

Unfortunately, VipHost will not be able to provide telephone assistance as the best way to process requests are online through the support system, where inquiries are documented and tracked. VIPhost is in the process of getting arabic speaking technicians to provide support for our international clients.
